Today I went to get a breakfast sandwich. I had a coupon for a bagel and a free tea/coffee. I had $4.25 with me but when I got there, I noticed the price of the bagel I wanted was $3.99 ($4.51 with tax)
I was saddened that I didn't' bring enough $, but the cashier was happy to give me the bagel anyway, even with the loss. She went out of her way to help make the customer happy and in the end probably it was her that added the extra money.
It's the little things like these that make customer service great, and why I've written this little note.
So please, the next time your looking for lunch or a snack, consider going to the great Canadian bagel.
