Which is the more important factor in determining success? Should I focus on just one thing and do it really well, or focus on hundreds of things and do them mediocre?

This is a very interesting question, I just want to share an experience regarding on this question, way back when I'm still in my 1st year college (Business Management class) our professor also ask the same question and no one get the correct answer because according to him you cannot be successful nor achieve your dream if one of these is missing, quantity and quality are one of the essentials characteristic that a company must have for them to be able to meet their goals.
